Removable Connector

The implementation standard of the detachable joint is: "GB/-12465-2017 Pipeline Loose Sleeve Compensation Joint"; it is mainly composed of: body, sealing ring, gland, short pipe flange, force transmission screw, nut, short bolt. The main function is to transmit the pressure and thrust between the connected parts and compensate for the installation error of the pipeline.
The sealing ring of this product is a new type of conical sealing ring, made of EPDM terpolymer rubber. This sealing ring has a large sealing area. When used, it forms a taper force with the gland. The greater the force, the tighter the seal, and the design is scientific and reasonable.
When this product is in use, the force transmission screw replaces the connecting bolts at both ends, so that the force transmission joint and the connected pump or valve become a whole to transmit axial thrust to the entire section of the pipeline. It can meet a certain displacement through the adjustment of the fasteners, which is convenient for the installation and disassembly of the equipment and protects the valve and other equipment to a certain extent.
